Virtual Meeting at the NCDA Office via video conferencing (details pending for video invite – stay tuned!)
Timing: 11:30 AM – Foundation AGM
12:30 PM – Association AGM
Please RSVP in advance to the NCDA Office no later than June 15th.
If dealer member Owners or Dealer Principals are unable to attend, they may appoint a representative to attend and vote on their behalf.
The Appointment of Representative Form (included in the AGM package) must be completed and sent to us prior to the AGM. The NCDA Bylaws can be viewed here.
